What you are supposed to do

The commercial manager will be responsible for establishing, activating and implementing Oncology commercial strategies and capabilities in order to maximise commercial value.

If you have oncology experience in Pharma company, have good marketing knowledge and like independent very complex position, this position will be the best fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing and sales of ONCOLOGY portfolio in the Czech Republic to ensure conditions for the sales targets
  • Organize / execute marketing activities as agreed in Global / Cluster / LOC Plans
  • Drive sales of Oncology brand by effectively communicating the value and the appropriate use of therapeutic product
  • Effectively use a Customer Relationship Model (CRM) system for communication and documentation purposes and to strategically analyse the market and prioritize necessary action
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports, competitor activities and customer problems, and makes appropriate recommendations as required
  • Build network of relevant KOLs and regular cooperation with treatment centers
  • Responsibility for reporting of any suspected adverse events, quality complaints or other safety information relevant for GSK products according to her/his knowledge

Your skills

  • University degree required (Science, Commercial, Medical, …)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scientific Representative or Hospital Key account Manager; including as a successful hospital specialist in oncology or haematology
  • Ability to create Multi Channel Business Plans with emphasis on building ASMART goals and monitoring KPI's implementation
  • Ability to use multi-channel communication in order to optimally reach selected groups of clients
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply principles, concepts, practices and standards related to pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent in relationship building and networking
  • Project management skills, Strategic thinking and high analytical skills
  • Ability to motivate and persuade others, strong customer-oriented approach
  • Fluent English – written and spoken, regular contact with Headquarters and daily conversations are done in English
  • Driving licence B, travelling in CR, abroad
  • A high level of personal culture and an attitude towards high ethical standards at work
